摘　　要：以配电网为对象,在比较分析了几种常用通信方式性能特点的基础上,提出了全开放、分布式的基于GPRS通信网络的配电自动化系统设计。文中讨论了配电网中移动GPRS通信网络的组网方法及实现方法,对GPRS通信下配电监控终端FTU实时监控数据传输的试验结果进行了分析。实践证明:在基于电压-时间型的馈线自动化就地保护配网模式下,利用GPRS通信网络实现配电自动化数据的传输是经济可行的。This paper concentrates on power distribution network. Based on comparing and analyzing the performances of some common communication modes in distribution network, a general distributed opening system based on GPRS communication network design is proposed. In this scheme, the constructing network method and the implementing method of GPRS mobile communication network in distribution automation system are discussed. Furthermore, the transmission of real-time FTU data using the GPRS network is also analyzed. In the situation of applying the local protection mode of distribution automation based on voltage-time typed feeder terminal, using GPRS network to transmit the FTU data is feasible and economical.
