摘　　要：引入物理学中场的概念建立知识扩散场,在定义知识扩散场的基础上,探讨了知识扩散的梯度、散度以及知识扩散的规律,介绍了知识扩散场图,并以传统企业知识化为例说明知识扩散场的应用。By introducing the concept of field in physics, this paper sets up the field of knowledge diffusion. Based on the definition of knowledge diffusion field, the gradient, divergence and laws of knowledge diffusion field are explored. Then the map of knowledge diffusion field is introduced and an example of intellectu-alization of traditional enterprises is provided to illustrate the application of knowledge diffusion field.
