摘　　要：阐述了功能模型、功能基和效应的概念,论述了功能、效应与实例三者之间的关系,提出了FEE(Function-Effect-Example)概念设计过程模型,该模型可在概念设计阶段产生满足需求功能的原理解,结合工程实例说明其应用过程。The concept of functional model, functional basis and effects were set forth, the relations among function, effect and example were discussed, and the FEE (Function-Effect-Example) conceptual design process model was put forward. The improved design for quick stop valve proves that the FEE model is feasible.
