摘  要:在一台单缸135柴油机上对柴油机TR燃烧系统的性能进行了试验优化.首先在TR燃烧系统中燃用柴油乙醇混合燃料,结果表明排气烟度值降低,排气温度降低,但NOx浓度有所上升.另外,烟度值在小负荷工况下明显较高,高负荷时较小.其次研究了喷油嘴孔径对燃烧系统的影响,结果表明中心喷孔的直径较大时,发动机排气烟度增加.最后对启喷压力进行了优化,当启喷压力提高到25MPa时,发动机小负荷工况下排气烟度值减小;当供油提前角为13°CABTDC时,发动机在标定工况下排气烟度和NOx浓度都很低.Optimization experiment of diesel TR combustion system was made on a single cylinder 135 diesel. Firstly, mixing fuel of ethanol and diesel was used. As a result, the exhaust smoke decreases, the exhaust temperature also reduces while NOx concentration increases a bit. Furthermore, the exhaust smoke under low load was much higher than that under high load. Secondly, the effect of the diameters of the nozzle holes on combustion system was investigated. The result showed when the diameter of the central hole was big, the exhaust smoke increased. Lastly, the injection starting pressure of the nozzle was optimized. When the injection starting pressure was raised to 25 MPa, the smoke became lower especially under low load; in addition, when the fuel supply advance angle was set as 13°CA BTDC, the exhaust smoke and the concentration of NOx were both low when the diesel was running at declared operating condition.
