摘　　要：　提出基数型群体决策的匿名性、中立性、正响应性、非负响应性、强Pareto原则和局部非独裁性等理性条件,证明了与群体惩罚评分方法相对应的群体惩罚评分映射满足所有这些条件.In this paper, some cardinal rational conditions as anonymity, neutrality, positive responsiveness, nonnegative responsiveness, strong Pareto rule and local nondictatorship are defined and the group penalty mark mapping relative to group penalty mark method is proved to satisfy all these rational conditions.
