摘　　要：改革开放以来, 围绕现代化发展问题, 在知识界形成了相关论争, 其中颇具影响力的是市民社会的理论。随着我国社会经济政治文化结构的变化, 客观上为我国市民社会的建构准备了客观条件。而研究市民社会的廉正功能, 理清市民社会建构的障碍, 提出具有前瞻性的思考与建议, 仍将是理论界当前和今后必须思考的一个热点问题。Since the reform and opening to the outside world in China, it gives much controversy in intelligentsia about the issues of modernization and development and the theory of civil society displays strong influence. Along with the structural changes in China's society, economy, politics and culture, the external conditions for the construction of civil society in China are ready. To study the incorruption function, make clear the obstacles to the construction of civil society and advance forward looking thoughts and proposals would still be hot spots of theory circle now and in future.
