高等师范院校公共体育教师工作质量的模糊综合评价研究

摘　　要：高等师范院校公共体育教师是完成体育教学任务的主体,合理的评价方法能充分调动教师工作的积极性和主动性.通过问卷调查和模糊数学分析建立的模糊综合评价体系,具有一定的科学性,能对教师工作情况给予较全面的反映,为体育教师队伍的管理提供了较为科学可靠的依据.A PE teacher in university is the main body to finish the PE teaching tasks;and the reasonable method of assessment can bring into full play the initiative of the teacher,so the vague comprehensive assessment system which based on investigation with questionnaire and analysis by mathematics is rather scientific and can fully reflect the working conditions of the teacher,which offers scientific basis for the management of the PE teachers.
