摘 要:电力系统快速发展,交直流输电系统不断增加,全国联网的实现,电网的结构越来越复杂。为适应电力系统发展需要,电力系统继电保护技术水平不断提高,努力开发新产品,提高产品质量及对保护的选型,提供技术依据,在全面介绍1999—2003年全国电网元件保护(包括100MW及以上发电机保护、220kV及以上变压器保护、母线保护和高压电抗器保护)运行情况基础上,通过对大量统计数据、事故实例的综合分析,得出各种保护在近5a的运行情况和趋势,并对正确动作率较低的保护做了较详细的分析,找出保护不正确动作的原因和存在的问题,分析保护不正确动作责任。为科研、设计、制造、基建、运行等各有关部门提供较详细材料,在广泛交流经验的基础上,进一步改进工作,加强技术把关、提高保护装置的质量,提高运行维护管理水平,提高电力系统安全稳定运行水平。The development of power system in China is very fast, such as unceasing increase of HVAC and HVDC transmission system, the realization of nation-wide power grid, more and more complex structure of power network. In order to meet the development of power system, technical level of power system protection should be improved continuously. Based on introduction of operation condition of nation-wide power grid element protection (including 100 MW and the above generator protection, 220 kV and the above transformer protection, bus protection and high voltage reactor protection) in 1999-2003, and through the analysis of statistical data and the accident example, the operation condition and tendencies of various protections in recent 5 years were pointed out, the protections with lower correct movement ratio were analyzed in detail, the reason for not correct movement and the existent protective problems were found out, and the responsibility for not correct movement of protection was analyzed. The more detailed materials can be offered for relevant departments such as research, design, production, capital construction and operation.
