乌贼墨对小鼠免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：本文报道乌贼墨对小鼠免疫功能影响的初步研究结果。实验组和对照组小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞对鸡红细胞吞噬率(55.8±9.5％和32.1±5.1％)和吞噬指数(3.12±0.41和2.38±0.50)均有明显差异。用ELISA法检测两组小鼠对肿瘤细胞抗原刺激所产生的血清特异性抗体量分别为4.43±0.78(log2)和3.17±0.86(log2),(P<0.01)。并且前者的脾脏重量大于后者,胸洙重量则无明显差别。In this paper, we reported the results of the effects of cuttlefish ink on Immunologic functions in mice. It was showed that cuttle Ink could promote the phagocytic activity of murine macrophages. There were significant differences between the test and control groups both in phagocytic rate (55. 8 + 9. 5% and 32. 1 + 5.1%, P <0. 01) and in phagocytic index (3. 12+0. 41 and 2. 38+0. 50, P <0. 01). It was also showed that the level of specific antibody against Meth A sarcoma cell antigen in the serum from the mice treated with cuttlefish ink was significantly higher than that from the control (P <0. 01),which indicated that cuttlefish Ink could increase humoral immunity.
