榆中县北山干旱地区不同作物根际放线菌的分离与鉴定

摘　　要：从榆中县北山干旱地区不同作物根际土壤中,分离到18株放线菌菌株,对其形态特征、在6种培养基上的培养特征以及生理生化特征进行了较详细的研究.经鉴定,其中包括4个属、11个种的放线菌.对各菌种在作物根际的分布情况进行了分析.18 strains of Actinomyce are isolated from rhizosphere of different crops in the arid area of the Northern mountain in Yuzhong County of Gansu Province.Their morphological and culture characteristics on six kinds of agar media,physiological and biochemical characteristics,are studied in detail. The tested strains are classified into 11 species of 4 genera, and their distribution in the rhizosphere is analyzed.
