断路器合闸电阻动态测量方法的研究

摘　　要：对安装有合闸电阻的高电压等级断路器的合闸电阻值的测量方法进行研究。提出一种间接测量法在断路器退至检修分闸状态时,人为在断路器断口加入一个电源和标准电阻使断路器与其形成回路,然后用高速波形记录仪将断路器合闸过程中的断口电压记录下来,再对所得数据分析计算得出断路器的合闸电阻的电阻值。实测结果表明,使用该方法的测试结果与合闸电阻铭牌值的误差在4%以内,且简便、安全,在现场有较强的实用性。After studying about the method of measurement for the closing resistance of high voltage circuit breakers on which that resistances are installed, an indirect measurement was recommended: when the circuit brealcer is turned to 'off' stafe for maintenance, a standard resistance in inserted with a power source to form a closed circuit, and the voltage across the opened ends is recorded by a high speed waveform recorder. Then the value of the closing resistance may be calculated after the analysis of data obtained. Comparing the actually measured result with the nameplafe value of the closing resistance, the error was found less than 4%. Furthermore, the method is simple, safe and it may be well applied at the field.
