摘　　要：英国民族语言是伴随着英国王权的强化而形成并发展的,王权把追求民族语言作为激发民族意识的一种手段。民族语言一直反映、体现和促进着民族意识的增强,反之,民族意识也一直对民族语言的演变发挥着积极的作用。The British national language developed with the strengthening of the right of the crown. Royal right used the seeking of the national language as a way of stimulating the national consciousness. The national language always responds, reflects and promotes the enhancing of the national consciousness. On the other hand, the national consciousness always plays an active role in the changing of national language.
