非球面反射镜在荧光显微镜单色光源中的应用

摘　　要：为了搭建荧光显微镜单色光源系统,设计了两种不同的非球面反射镜,利用光线追迹和统计的方法分析比较了两种非球面反射镜的聚光特性,模拟了实际使用效果,并利用椭球面反射镜构建单色光源系统,在荧光测钙实验中得以使用,证实了椭球面反射镜在此类光学系统中应用的可行性。Tow different types of asphere mirror are designed to build the fluorescence spectroscopy monochromator. This article analyzes and compares their convergent characters by light tracing and statistical method, simulates the actual effects. The monochromator is built by elliptical mirror and used in 〔Ca^(2+)〕_i detecting experiment. The result shows that the elliptical mirror is applicable in this kind of system.
