摘　　要：阐述了我国当前建设特高压输电的紧迫性和必要性,并就如何争取在较少的资金投入下,在较短的时间内取得突破性的发展,提出了当前应进行的几项技术性研究,为线路设计、设备制造、试验研究,生产运行等方面人员提供了宝贵借鉴。The urgency and the necessity of the construction of EHV transmission system were discussed.The technical studies that should be carried out immediately,focused on how to make a breakthrough development at lower financial investment within a short period,were put forward.These studies would provide valuable reference for the personnel of the design of transmission line,the manufacture of equipment,the test,the operation,and so on.
