苯对雄性小鼠生殖细胞损伤的研究

摘　　要：以浓度为30mg/m^3、300mg/m^3、30,00mg/m^3和30,000mg/m^3的苯给小鼠吸入染毒,做精子畸形、初级精母细胞染色体畸变、精原细胞SCE三项试验。三个试验的结果一致,表明苯有性腺毒性作用,可诱发雄性小鼠生殖细胞突变。This study deals with the damage ,of benzene on germ cell of male mice. Male mice were exposed to 30mg/m3, 300mg/m3 , 3000mg/m3 and 30000mg/m3 benzene vapor. Sperm abnormality, primary speripatocyte chroraosomal aberration and spermatogonia SCE were examined. The resuIts were identity.This study showed that benzene has toxic effect on germ cell and induced mutation on germ cell of mele mice.
