摘　　要：海峡两岸贸易总体上以产业间贸易为主,但产业内贸易的重要性迅速上升,日益成为海峡两岸贸易的重要形式。海峡两岸产业内贸易以垂直型为主,水平型所占比重增长较快,呈现出由垂直型向水平型发展的趋势。海峡两岸产业内贸易是由国际国内诸多因素共同决定的,其中祖国大陆人均GDP的增长以及台商对祖国大陆投资规模的扩大等是海峡两岸产业内贸易水平不断提升的重要决定因素。In General, trades between Mainland and Taiwan are mainly inter- industry trade, and the importance of intra-industry trade is more and more outs tanding. The vertical intra-industry trade is dominant in intra-industry trade b etween Mainland and Taiwan, but horizontal intra-industry trade is increasing. T he intra-industry trade between Mainland and Taiwan is decided by domestic and i nternational factors, the increase of gross domestic product per people in Mainl and and expanding scale of Taiwan Residents investment are determinative factors.
