摘　　要：宪法从形态上可以分为:文书宪法、观念宪法和现实宪法,不同的宪法形态所表现出来的宪法结构也互不相同。其中最重要的文书宪法也应从宪法体系和宪法典两个方面进行论述。The issue of contitution constructre can't be simplified. Generally speaking, constitution has three types: written constitution, ideaistic constitution and practical constitution. Different types have different constructures. And the most important written constitution should be discussed in two ways, which are constitution system and constitution code.
