摘　　要：目前各国关于涉外结婚法律适用都是将结婚的实质要件和形式要件进行分开规定,并主要采取混合制的做法。我们应根据国际社会的实践以及我国的实际情况,完善我国涉外结婚法律适用的立法。The law of application of laws in the field of intern at ional marriage in most countries in nowadays is in the form of separation of substantive conditions and formal conditions, and takes the system of mixed standard. In China, we should care about the status quo of our society and refe r to practices of international community, perfect the legislation of applic ation of laws in marriage with foreign element.
