摘　　要：以美国、日本两国为研究对象,通过对美国和日本外向型经济发展的研究,从美、日跨国经营模式与特点、跨国经营模式的比较、跨国经营投资产业结构的比较来分析,从中得出有益的结论,指导我国外向型经济的发展。This paper just takes its base at the U.S. and Japan.It provides a comparative study on the mode of export-oriented economy development, international management and international investment. It puts forward some suggestions on policy-making for the development of our country.
