摘 要:用蚕豆叶尖细胞微核率(MNR)及人淋巴细胞(MNR)对比观察超声波诊断工作人员与仪器的关系,本实验结果表明,从事本工作5年即已有很显著的MNR改变,时间愈长MNR愈高。用蚕豆叶尖细胞之MNR检测工作环境,距探头60cm为直径的范围内皆能引起MNR的显著性改变,8h较4h更为严重,此范围正是工作人员及患者躯干所在的位置,应该引起人们的重视。The study on the relationship of micronucleus rate (MNR) betweenhuman lymphocyte and vicia faba induced by ultrasound shows that the lymphocyte MNR of the workers on this job for five years,becomes significantly different; the longer the higher. Study on the working environment of machine byMNR of vicia faba leave tip cell in three points with distances from 30 to 150cmshows that within the distance of 60 cm the MNR also significantly changes,the nearer the higher. The trunks of doctor and patients are just included inthe area of this distance; and its needs to be considered for the safety of peopleto protect from the dangers.
