摘　　要：通过对ＰＤＣ复合片真空钎焊的研究，提出了钎缝重新合金化概念，在实验中采用复合钎料真空钎焊ＰＤＣ复合片，取得了钎缝完全重新合金化的效果，钎缝接头的剪切强度均在３００ＭＰａ以上。同时，对复合钎料强化钎缝的机理进行了探讨。The concept of realloying of brazing joint filler is put forth in vacuum brazing of PDC. The composite filler alloys are used in the experiments for the brazing of PDC and the complete realloying of the joint filler has been achieved. The shear strength of the brazing joint is above 300 MPa. In the meantime, the strengthening mechanism of the composite filler alloy was investigated.
