防晒霜对SARS病房医护人员紫外线照射的防护效果

摘　　要：目的　观察重度急性呼吸综合征(severe acute respiratory syndrome ,SARS)病房持续紫外线灯照射下,应用防晒霜对医护人员眼周暴露皮肤的防护效果。方法　将 49 例医护人员随机分为对照组与防护组,对照组暴露皮肤不应用防护用品,防护组在入病房前应用防晒指数(sun protection factor,SPF)为30的防晒霜。在第1周末及第3周末,分别观察暴露的局部皮肤有无损伤及其程度。结果　第1周时防护组出现皮肤损伤的阳性率及损害程度均低于对照组(P<0.05),第 3 周时防护组与对照组皮肤损伤阳性率差异不显著,但防护组皮损程度低于对照组(P>0.05)。结论　普通市售防晒霜可减轻紫外线照射引起的局部皮肤损伤程度,但长期应用不能阻止皮肤损伤的发生,急需研究适合 SARS病房医护人员工作环境的对短波紫外线有防护作用的防晒霜。Objective The aim of this investigation was to study whether the sunscreen cream has protective effect on the exposure skin around the eyes of the medical staff, who were exposed to the irradiation of ultraviolet (UV) lamp for a long time in the SARS ward. Methods The medical staff were randomly divided into control and protection groups . The exposure skin of the control group did not use any defensive articles, while the protection group used sunscreen cream, whose sun protection factor(SPF)was 30. The damage of the exposed skin was examined at the end of first week and the third week. Results At the end of the first week, the number and the degree of damage in the protection group was less than that of the control group; at the end of the third week, the damage number of the two groups had no obvious difference, but the damaged degree in the protection group was much lower than that in the control one. Conclusions The sunscreen cream can alleviate the damage degree of the ultraviolet radiation, but in the long run, it can not prevent the occurrence of the damage. It is necessary to invent a new kind of sunscreen cream for medical staff who expose to continuous short-wave ultraviolet radiation.
