摘　　要：目的:探讨应用急诊床旁超声心动图检查对协助急危重症的诊断、鉴别诊断及监测治疗的临床价值。方法:回顾分析本院1996年2月～2004年6月间71例患者的急诊床旁超声心动图检查资料。结果:急诊床旁超声心动图检查诊断阳性率为91.5%,总结超声心动图的特点,根据临床表现、超声心动图特征,诊断为心血管病变55例,呼吸系统疾病8例,多器官功能障碍3例,心脏创伤2例。其中47例依赖超声心动图得以确诊。结论:急诊床旁超声心动图检查对各类心血管系统、呼吸系统急症及休克等的病因诊断、救治的疗效评价及预后判断有重要的临床应用价值。Objective: To evaluate applied value of emergency bedside echocardiography in diagnosis、differential diagnosis of critically ill. Methods:Examinated data of emer- gency bedside echocardiography were analyzed retrospectively in 71 cases from February, 1996 to June, 2004. Results: 91.5 percent positive diagnosis were made. According to the clinical manifestation and the result of emergency bedside echocardiography,the dis- eases were diagnosed as follows: heart and vascular deseases in 55 cases, pulmonary desease in 8 cases, septic shock combined with multiorgan dysfunction syndrome in 3 cases, emergency heart trauma in 2 cases.47 cases were properly diagnosed depending on the results of emergency bedside echocardiography. C o n c l u s i o n : Emergency bedside echocardiography has important value in clinical diagnosis of cardiac emergencies、 shock 、emergency trauma and also should be highly appreciated in prognosis and monitor- ing of treatment as well.
