摘  要:首先采用电选对破碎后的电脑主板实现金属与非金属的分离,其中金属导体产率为25%,非金属产品产率为75%。然后以硫酸和双氧水为反应试剂,从电选的金属产品中浸出铜和铝,考察了浸出时间、硫酸和双氧水用量、浸出温度等工艺条件对反应的影响。试验结果表明:固液比为1∶100,浸出时间为4h,双氧水用量为0.2mol,硫酸用量为0.5mol,温度为70℃,铜的浸出率可达到100%,铝的浸出率可达到97.5%,实现了资源的再生利用。The waste computer boards were crushed to smaller than -0.85 mm by a crusher and then separated into two parts of 25% conducting and 75% non-conducting materials by an electrostatic separator. The conducting material, which contained copper and aluminium, was leached by sulphuric acid and hydrogen peroxide. The influences of leaching time, reaction temperature and the amount of sulphuric acid and hydrogen peroxide were investigated. The results indicate that the favorable conditions are the ratio of 1 to 100 of solid to liquid, the additions of 0.5 mol sulphuric acid and 0.2 mol hydrogen peroxide and the temperature of 70 ℃ and leaching time of 4 hrs. The best dissolution rates of copper and aluminium were 100% and 97.25%, respectively.
