摘  要:目的研究细菌生物膜的形成和细菌性阴道病复发的相关性,为防治细菌性阴道病的复发提供依据。方法采用结晶紫染色法对57例BV复发患者标本的原始涂片作生物膜的初步观察;用改良平板法对混合感染的金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓假单胞菌建立体外生物膜,扫描电镜确认。结果!!57例BV复发的患者标本的原始涂片上都观察到了生物膜,扫描电镜观察患者标本中分离到的金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓假单胞菌在平板内都能建立稳定的生物膜。结论!!BV的复发和细菌生物膜的形成有关的,早期治疗,以及应用抗细菌生物膜的药物是防治BV复发最有效的措施。Objective To investigate the relativity between the formation of bacterial biofilm (BF)and relapsing bacterial vagnosis (BV), and to supply the basis for preventing and treating relapsing BV. Methods Crystal videt stain was employed to observe the biofilm of initial smear from 57 relapsing BV patients, and the modified plate test was used to set up in vitro biofilm of Staphylococcus.aureus、Escherichia coli and Psend- minas aeruginosa in mixed infection, and scan electron microscope was selected to verify the result. Result The biofilm was found in the initial smear from 57 relapsing BV patients, and the biofilm of Staphylococcus. aureus Escherichia coli and psendominas aeruginosa in mixed infection setting up constantly in the plate was discovered under scan electron microscope. Conclusion The relapse of BV was related to the formation of bacterial biofilm, and early treatment and adoption of anti- biofilm drugs could prevent and control BV.
