安徽当涂县钉螺分布现状调查与分析

摘　　要：目的掌握全县钉螺分布现状。方法按照第三次全国血吸虫病流行病学抽样调查方案,采用系统抽样结合环境抽样的方法,对全县历史有螺环境和钉螺孳生可疑环境的钉螺分布情况进行调查。结果!!对全县594处历史有螺环境和钉螺孳生可疑环境进行了调查,发现有螺环境79处,其中21处环境查获阳性钉螺。钉螺和阳性钉螺主要分布于洲滩和湖滩地区,有螺环境处数和钉螺面积分别占全县总数的62.03%和92.99%,阳性螺环境处数和阳性钉螺面积分别占全县总数的90.48%和98.87%。调查发现全县钉螺回升和扩散相当严重,全县有螺环境处数增加了54.43%,增加的钉螺面积达236.44万m2。2004年全县实际钉螺面积较2003年上报面积增加了7.14%。!结论!!我县2004年钉螺面积增加较为明显,目前钉螺实际存在面积多于上报的统计面积。Objective!!To grasp the distribution of snail in the whole county. Methods!To survey all the spots of historical snail environment and possible snail breeding environment by the methods of systematic sampling and environmental sampling, according to the plan of the third national schistosomiasis epidemiologi- cal sampling survey. Results!!!594 spots were surveyed in the county. 79 spots were found snail, of which 21 spots were found positive snail. Snail and positive snail were mainly distributed in islet and lake areas. The number of snail spots and snail areas occupied 62.03 percent and 92.99 percent, the number of positive snail spots and positive snail areas occupied 90.48 percent and 98.87 percent in islet and lake areas in the county. The results also showed the area of snail was seriously spread and re- appeared. The number of snail spots in- creased by 54.43 per cent, the snail area increased by 2.3644 million square meters. The actual snail areas in 2004 increased by 7.14 per cent compared with the reported areas in 2003. Conclusion The snail area in- creased remarkably in the county in 2004, the actual snail areas would be more than the reported areas at pre- sent.
