重庆市并殖吸虫病人群感染情况的调查

摘　　要：目的了解我市并殖吸虫病的分布,感染的轻重程度,为制订防治方案提供依据。方法以长江、嘉陵江、涪江流域为主层,按水系流域范围内人口概率法抽取调查区县,每个区县调查3个点,每个点调查500人。采用血清学筛查,血清学阳性者用改良加藤厚涂片法定性检查并殖吸虫卵,并收集一昼夜痰液,用10%氢氧化钠消化后定性检查并殖吸虫卵。结果共调查6个区县18个点9073人,血清学阳性者363人,阳性率在0%～12.42%之间,平均为4.00%,性别间无明显差别(χ2=3.75,P>0.05)。年龄以低于10岁组和10岁组阳性率最高。对血清学阳性者进行痰检和粪检,分别检查152人和188人,分别检出11人和14人,阳性率分别为7.24%和7.45%。结论我市并殖吸虫病的分布广,以青少年感染率最高,今后应加强监测和防治工作。Objective!!To know about the distribution of Paragonimiasis and estereal or heavy degree of infective rate,and provide the basis of establishing the prevention and cure project in ChongQing municipal. Methods!Investigating each county with the people,s probability method by way of the first layer according to ChangJiang JiaLingJiang FuJiang drainage basin and the second layer according to the range of water system dtainage basin.Every county investigates three points.Every point investigate 500 peoples who are checked up with the Serology method. Eggs of Patagoninmus are checked up with the Kato- katz method if the result is positive, then qualitative analysis is done with the eggs of patagoninmus after the phlegm fluid is collected in the day and night and digested with the 10% NaOH. Results!!9 073 peoples are investiaged with serology method in 18 points of 6 counties,the numbers of positive people are 363 ,positive rate is in range of 0%～ 12.42%,the average is 4.00%,the sex do not have significant(χ2=3.75, P>0.05). The positive rate is the highest in the low of ten years old and ten years old group. The 152 males and 188 females of the serology postive peoples are examined separately with phlegm and stool examination,the number of positive peoples are 11 and 14 separately,the positive rats are7.24% and 7.45% separately. Conclusion!The distrbuting of Paragonimiasis is extensive in ChongQing municipal,the infective rate of the hobbledehoy is highest. Therefore, the work of surveillance and prevention and cure should be reinforced in the aftertime.
