摘  要:观察433例环境性镉接触者尿β_2-m的结果,部分增高与肾病有关。肾小管病变以FEβ_2-m标化,按程度分层对照,配合临床检查,有助于归因判别。Urine β_2-m was measured in 483 persons with low-level and long-term environmental exposure to Cd,also in 124 control persons from unpolluted area. In 35.1% of the exposed persons and in part of the control, the urine β_2-m exceeded the limit. Of the 433 exposed persons, 74 cases with both urine Cd and β_2-m exceeded limit were matched by the control. This study suggests that after the stralification of the degrees of renal tubular injury according to the fractional β_2-m excrotion( FE β_2-m)and coordination of clinical examination,FE β_2-m could contribute to identifying renal tubular dysfunction due to Cd exposure and kidney lesion when both Cd exposure and original nephropathy exist.
