摘  要:介绍了铝钼共渗钢及常用材料在加工进口含硫原油的中国石化镇海炼油化工股份有限公司,常减压蒸馏装置现场挂片腐蚀试验和工业应用情况。试验结果表明,高温部位常压塔的腐蚀情况比减压塔严重;在高温部位铝钼共渗钢耐蚀性能优于316L钢,渗铝钢耐蚀性能优于1Cr18Ni9Ti钢而与316L钢相当。低温部位不锈钢材料要慎用。工业应用证明铝钼共渗钢耐蚀性能优良,这对加工进口高硫原油的炼油厂选材有一定的指导意义。The coupon tests and commercial application of Al-Mo diffused steels in atmospheric-vacuum distillation unit processing imported sulfur crude oil in Zhenhai Refining and Chemical Co. , Ltd are described. The tests show that, in high temperature service, the corrosion in the high-temperature section of atmospheric tower is more severe than that of vacuum tower, and the corrosion-resistant performance of Al-Mo diffused steels are much more superior over that of 316L steel and the corrosion-resistant performance of Al-diffused steel is superior over 1Cr18Ni9Ti and equal to 3.16L steel. Care must be taken in application of stainless steels in low-temperature section. The excellent corrosion-resistant performance exhibited in the commercial operation of Al-Mo diffused steel provides significant guideline for material section for the refineries processing imported high-sulfur crude oils.
