摘　　要：重点介绍了中国石化镇海炼油化工股份有限公司50000m3原油储罐的腐蚀情况,提出相应的防腐蚀措施,对罐底板阴极保护方法进行了详细分析,制定了原油储罐综合防腐蚀技术:边缘板采用弹性聚胺酯涂料,支柱对应处底板增焊不锈钢板,底板内侧用涂料加铝镁合金牺牲阳极阴极保护,底板外侧用厚浆型环氧煤沥青涂料加网状阳极阴极保护。中国石化镇海中转油库等大型原油储罐的设计施工采用了以上防腐蚀技术。The corrosion of 50000 m3 crude oil tank in Zhenhai Refining and Chemical Co. , Ltd/SINOPEC is described and the corresponding protection measures are suggested. On the basis of detailed analysis of cathodic protection of the tank bottom plate, an integrated corrosion protection technology is presented for the crude oil tank, i.e. elastic polyurethane coating is applied for rim plates, the bottom plate connected with support column is welded with reinforced stainless steel plate, the internal side of the tank floor is protected with coatings and alaminium magnesium alloy sacrificing anodes and the external side of the tank bottom floor by epoxy resin, coal tar and cathodic protection of network anodes. The above corrosion protection technologies have been successfully applied for the large crude oil storage tanks in SINOPEC Zhenhai Oil Transfer Terminal.
