摘  要:目的:探讨低氧习服过程肺组织一氧化氮水平和Na-K-ATP酶活性++的变化及其对模拟高原低氧性肺水肿的影响。方法:将32只3月龄Wistar大鼠随机分成常氧对照组、急性低氧组、3000m低氧习服组、5000m低氧习服组,习服完成后,置于模拟海拔6000m急性低氧24h,检测动物肺组织一氧化氮水平及Na-K-ATP++酶活性的变化及肺超微结构的变化。结果:急性低氧组肺组织超微结构出现明显的间质性肺水肿,而经过低氧习服后间质性肺水肿则明显减轻;急性低氧组大鼠肺组织一氧化氮水平犤(17.09±3.62)μmol/L犦显著低于常氧对照组犤(60.55±4.27)μmol/L犦(q=31.642,P<0.01),经过3000m和5000m低氧习服后肺组织一氧化氮水平逐渐接近于常氧对照组,明显高于急性低氧组(q=25.540,43.625,P<0.01);急性低氧组肺组织Na-K++-ATP酶活性明显低于常氧对照组q=15.347,P<0.01),经过3000m(和5000m低氧习服后Na-K-ATP酶活性显著高于常氧对照组(q++=8.290,28.563,P<0.01)。结论:低氧习服后肺组织一氧化氮水平及Na-K-ATP酶活性的提高有++利于减轻大鼠低氧性肺水肿。AIM:To study the changes of nitric oxide(NO) level and Na+-K+-adenosine triphosphate(Na+-K+-ATPase) activity in lung tissue during hypoxic preconditioning,and investigate the effect of the changes on mimic high altitude pulmonary edema in rats. METHODS:Thirty two 3 month old Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups: normal control group, acute hypoxia group, 3 000 m hypoxic preconditioning group and 5 000 m hypoxic preconditioning group.The NO level and Na+ K+ ATPase activity in lung tissue were measured after hypoxic preconditioning at the mimic altitude of 6 000 m acute hypoxia for 24 hours,and the ultrastructural changes of lung tissue were also observed. RESULTS:Obvious interstitial edema was found in the ultrastructure of lung tissue in the acute hypoxia group,and it was markedly relieved after hypoxic preconditioning.The NO level in lung tissue was significantly lower in the acute hypoxia group[(17.09± 3.62) μ mol/L] than in the normal control group[(60.55± 4.27) μ mol/L](q=31.642,P< 0.01).The NO levels in lung tissue of the 3 000 m and 5 000 m hypoxic preconditioning groups were close to that of the normal control group, but markedly higher than that of the acute hypoxia group(q=25.540,43.625,P< 0.01).The Na+ K+ ATPase activity in lung tissue of the acute hypoxia group was obviously lower than that of the normal control group(q=15.347,P< 0.01),and those of the 3 000 m and 5 000 m hypoxic preconditioning groups were significantly higher than that of the normal control group(q=8.290,28.563,P< 0.01). CONCLUSION:The increases of NO level and Na+ K+ ATPase activity in lung tissue after hypoxic preconditioning are good for the relief of hypoxia pulmonary edema in rats.
