补肾壮骨冲剂对男性骨质疏松症患者骨矿含量和骨密度的影响:5年观察

摘　　要：目的:观察5年补肾壮骨冲剂治疗男性老年性骨质疏松症的疗效,以期了解中医药治疗男性老年性骨质疏松症远期效果。方法:选择1998-07/2004-07广州军区广州总医院门诊的部队及地方男性老年性骨质疏松症患者155例为研究对象。按患者自愿原则,将其分为治疗组86例(用补肾壮骨冲剂治疗);空白对照组69例(只作对症处理)。采用丹麦产1100A单光子骨密度仪,测量非优势左前臂尺、桡骨。计算出前臂骨矿含量和骨密度。结果:治疗24个月后治疗组前臂骨矿含量犤(1.05±0.04)g/cm犦明显高于治疗前犤(0.99±0.05)g/cm犦(t=2.77,P<0.05);前臂骨密度犤(0.42±0.01)g/cm2犦明显高于治疗前犤(0.34±0.02)g/cm2犦(t=2.56,P<0.05)。以后每年均能稳定骨矿含量及骨密度的水平。治疗组5年新骨折率为9%(8/86)明显低于空白对照组的骨折率23%(16/69)(χ2=5.317,P<0.05)。结论:补肾壮骨冲剂长期服用能明显提高及稳定男性老年性骨质疏松症患者骨矿含量、骨密度水平,降低新骨折率。AIM:To observe the efficacy of Bushen Zhuanggu granules in treating male patients with osteoporosis for five years,so as to investigate the long term effects of traditional Chinese medicine on male patients with osteoporosis. METHODS:Totally 155 elderly male patients with osteoporosis from army and local area,who were treated in the Guangzhou General Hospital of Guangzhou Military Area Command of Chinese PLA from July 1999 to July 2004,were voluntarily divided into treatment group(n=86,treated with Bushen Zhuanggu granules) and blank control group(n=69,only received symptomatic treatment).Non dominant left forearm ulna and radius were measured with the 1100A single photon bone densitometry, and the bone mineral content(BMC) and bone mineral density(BMD) of forearm were calculated. RESULTS:After 24 month treatment in the treatment group, BMC of forearm[(1.05± 0.04) g/cm] was obviously higher than that before treatment[(0.99 ± 0.05) g/cm] (t=2.77,P< 0.05), and BMD of forearm[(0.42± 0.01] g/cm2] was also markedly higher than that before treatment was also markedly higher than that before treatment[(0.34± 0.02) g/cm2](t=2.56,P< 0.05).BMC and BMD had a stable tendency every year in the future.During the five year follow up,the fracture rate was significantly lower in the treatment group(9% , 8/86) than in the blank control group(23% , 16/69)(χ 2=5.317, P< 0.05).CONCLUSION:Long term medication of Bushen Zhuanggu granules can effectively increase and stabilize the BMC and BMD and decrease the fracture rate of elderly male patients with osteoporosis.
