摘　　要：选择素包括3种细胞粘附分子:L 、E 、P 选择素,其专职调控血流中的白细胞与血管壁的粘附。随后在选择素介导下,白细胞在血管壁上滚动并最终迁移至炎症部位。Selectins are a family of three cell adhesion molecules:L-,E-and P-selectin. They specialize in capturing from the bloodstream to the blood vessel and mediating roll of leukocytes on the endothelia cell surface. The leukocytes migrate into the inflamed tissue at last. This review focuses on the mechanisms that regulate the express and function of the selectins and their ligands.
