摘  要:运动训练对铜蓝蛋白的影响,尤其是运动性低血色素发生时血清及不同组织铜蓝蛋白的变化目前研究报道尚未见报道。实验结果表明:运动训练导致的运动性低血色素大鼠血清铜蓝蛋白、转铁蛋白明显上升,铁蛋白明显下降,而且与血清铁浓度具有较高的相关性,说明血清铜蓝蛋白、铁蛋白、转铁蛋白可以反映机体铁代谢情况。运动训练导致运动性低血色素大鼠组织铜蓝蛋白含量与血清铜蓝蛋白变化不一致,心肌和脑组织铜蓝蛋白无显著性变化,这可能是心肌组织和脑组织中的铜蓝蛋白对运动的特征性反映。The studies which draw on the impact of sports training on the level of covelline albumen in tissues, in particular, the influence of the sports training on the athletic low haemoglobin serum of rats and the changes of covelline albumen in various tissues are rarely seen in China. The results of experiments indicate that after the sport training the level of low haemoglobin serum of rats increases obviously while the level of blood serum iron is likely to reduce. The result shows that the changes of haemoglobin serum, covelline albumen in various tissues, and blood serum iron can reflect the conditions of iron metabolism. However, it is found that the changes of covelline albumen in various tissues are not consistent with changes of covelline albumen in blood serum. Further the level of covelline albumen in cardiac muscle and brain tissues shows no differences. It is supposed that this condition is a kind of reflection of covelline albumen in cardiac muscle and brain tissues to the sports training.
