摘 要:综述了在室温强塑性变形过程中发现的新现象:第二相颗粒的回溶,合金基体重新形成过饱和固溶体。这种过饱和固溶体再时效时,析出相生成顺序不同于淬火固溶体。回溶固溶体再时效时生成的分散颗粒是强塑性变形产生的大角晶界、超细等轴状晶粒组织,具有热稳定、再加热时晶粒不易长大的特征。同时对第二相回溶的多种解释、回溶和再时效对材料组织和性能的影响进行了概述,并提出材料科学领域中应开发一个“应力热处理”的新分支。A new phenomenon of re-dissolution of second phases and re-formation of supersaturate solid solution found in processes of severe plastic deformation was summarized. During re-aging of this re-dissolution supersaturate solid solution the precipitation sequence of precipitates was different from that of as-quenched solid solution. The disperse particles produced during re-aging of re-dissolution supersaturate solid solution were critical contributions to the thermal stability of ultra fine equi-axis grain structure with high-angle boundaries arisen from severe plastic deformation and to maintain small grain growth during re-heating. A brief explanation for re-dissolution of second phase, effect of re-dissolution and re-aging on microstructure and property of materials was also made. It is proposed that a new branch should be developed in the field of materials science, i.e. Stress-Heat Treatment.
