摘 要:根据材料的抗磨蚀机制,研制出了一种具有良好抗磨蚀性能的CrMnB堆焊焊条,其抗空蚀和抗磨蚀性能分别是对比材料0Cr13Ni5Mo马氏体不锈钢的5.4倍和2.64倍。其原因是具有亚稳奥氏体和硼化物共晶组织的CrMnB堆焊合金,在空蚀和砂粒的冲刷磨损过程中,亚稳奥氏体相转变成马氏体,提高了堆焊合金的硬度和强度并吸收了冲击能,同时沿奥氏体边界分布的高硬度的硼化物共晶组织,构成了耐磨“骨架”,阻挡了砂粒的切削作用。The abrasion cavitation resistance of the CrMnB surfacing welding electrode was developed according to the mechanism of abrasion cavitation resistance. The cavitation erosion and the abrasion cavitation resistance of CrMnB surfacing alloys were 5.4 times and 2.64 times that of 0Cr13Ni5Mo stainless steel, respectively. The high abrasion cavitation resistance of CrMnB surfacing alloy was attributed to metastable austenite to martensite transformation during cavitation erosion and sand abrasion. This phase transformation Absorbed impact energy and increased the hardness and strength in the surface layer of surfacing alloy. Meanwhile, the hard boride eutectic structures along the austenite boundaries constructed the ‘skeletons’ for wear resistance, hindering the cutting action of sand particles.
