摘　　要：对高Cr微碴堆焊耐磨焊条进行了研究,解决了焊条的各种工艺性能,使焊缝金属具有超高硬度和好的耐磨性,该焊条熔敷效率高,焊道上仅有微渣,达到了多层多道焊不需敲渣的目的。The build up electrode with high Cr and its processing properties were researched.The deposition efficiency of the electrode is high.The welding seam has high hardness and good abradability.Because the weld slag is tiny on the weld bead so it does not eliminate the slag when the multi bead and layer have been deposited.
