摘  要:钛酸钡钙(BCT)晶体是一种新型的光折变材料,由于其优于钛酸钡的电光性能及无室温相变的优势,使其具有更大的应用前景。本文从大量的实验中总结出生长高质量BCT晶体的生长条件,用Czochralski法生长出18mm×15mm的BCT晶体。通过粉末X射线衍射测定其晶格常数,由红外、紫外可见光透射谱确定其吸收边,并通过Raman光谱等一系列实验对晶体结构及其基本光学性能进行了研究。Barium calcium titanate (BCT) crystal is a new photorefractive crystal. The BCT crystal has more excellent electrooptics properties than BaTiO3 and has no phase transition at 5°C, which make this material quite attractive for applications. From enough experiments, appropriate conditions for growing high quality BCT crystals were obtained. BCT crystals with dimensions of φ18 mm × 15 mm were grown by Czochralski technique from the melt. The crystal structure and lattice constants were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction. The absorption edge and transmission spectrum were measured by the infrared-ultraviolet spectrum. Raman spectra were also investigated.
