摘  要:本文报道了两种新的有机加合物非线性光学材料—一水合D(或L) 酒石酸苯胺晶体的制备、单晶生长, 用X射线衍射仪测定了D 酒石酸苯胺晶体结构,其晶体学数据为:单斜晶系,P21 空间群,a=0. 9610(3)nm,b=0. 7285(2)nm,c=1. 7323(6)nm,β=96. 489 (6)°,V=1. 2050 (7)nm3,Z=4,R1 =0. 0455, wR2 =0. 0879。经测定表明,D 酒石酸苯胺和L 酒石酸苯胺晶体具有相同单晶结构。这两种晶体在1064nm的Nd3+:YAG调Q脉冲激光束照射下均产生绿色的532nm的倍频光, 其倍频光强度与KDP晶体基本相同,具有稳定的物理化学性质。The title adduct C10H15NO7, Mr = 261.23 crystallized in the monoclinic space group P21 with a = 0.9610(3) nm, b = 0.7285(2) nm, c = 1.7323(6) nm, β = 96.489(6)°, V = 1.2050(7) nm3, Z =4, Dc = 1.440 gcm-3, F(000) = 552, μ = 1.23 cm-1 (MoKa), the final R1 = 0.0455 and wR2 = 0.0879 for 2942 independently observed reflections with I greater than or equal 2σ(I). The compound is a 2:2:2 adduct of D-tartaric acid, aniline and water molecule. The nitrogen atom of aniline is protonated. There are a number of hydrogen bonds in this crystal which link between the D-tartaric acid, aniline and water molecule to form a two-dimensional network structure. The second harmonic generation efficiency of the title compound for 1064 nm laser radiation was observed to the 532 nm frequency doubling laser.
