摘 要:分析了转杯纺纱半自动接头传统模型的工艺过程及接头参数对接头质量的影响情况,针对传统接头模型接头直径大、强力较低的问题,提出了一种新型的接头模型.新型接头模型的接头由种子纱、种子纱滞留纺杯时间内喂入纤维环、引纱时新喂入纤维环及正常速度喂入纤维环四部分组成,分析了接头机理和影响因素.实验表明,新型接头模型较传统模型接头质量改善,接头强力为正常纱强力的65%以上,接头直径为正常纱的1.2倍~1.3倍.Technology process of semi-automatic joint modal of rotor spinning and influence on joint quality of joint parameters are analyzed. New type joint modal is proposed according to big diameter and low strength of traditional joint modal, and new type joint consists of seed yarn, feeding fiber ring during retention time of seed yarn in rotor, new feeding fiber ring in delivery yarn and feeding fiber ring in normal speed. Joint mechanism and influence factors are analyzed, and test shows ——comparing to traditional joint modal, joint quality of new type joint modal is improved, joint strength of new type joint is over 65 percent to normal yarn and joint diameter is 1.2~1.3 multiple to normal yarn.
