摘　　要：介绍了抗菌中空涤纶18. 5tex纱的纺纱工艺。根据纺普通涤纶纱的体会,重点针对开清棉工序棉卷粘连、梳棉工序缠绕、并条工序静电严重等问题,采取相应的技术措施,保证了顺利纺纱及成纱质量的稳定。Technology process of spinning T 18.5 tex anti-bacterial hollow yarn is introduced, according to the experiences in normal polyester spinning, cotton lap blocking in opening and cleaning process, winding in carding process, terrible static in drawing process and so on are problems in opening-blowing process which should be resolved. Relative technology measures are adopted to confine spinning process and yarn quality.
