摘 要:传热管内自转钢丝螺旋线技术具有污垢自动清洗能力强、传热强化效果好、结构简单、成本最低廉等诸多优势,但是存在传热管壁间的磨损和与自转动力矩较弱的问题,无法工业应用。为此,文章提出了以大截面塑料螺旋线取代钢丝螺旋线解决传热管壁的磨损问题,以预旋结构的管口轴承座-冲推动力轮来强化自转塑料螺旋线的清洗动力矩。测试结果表明,传热管内污垢自动清洗的效果好;能够在较低的流速下工业应用;传热强化幅度达到52.6%,比钢丝螺旋线高60%;并且设备阻力不大。The self-rotating steel spiral inserted in heat transfer tubes has many advantages such as the strong ability to remove fouling automatically,great enhancement of heat transfer and simple structure and low cost,but it is difficult to solve the problems of wear and tear to bubes and that cleaning force moment is not large enough to make use in industry. This paper proposes a new way,in which the plastic twisted strip-inserts are used to solve the wear and tear problem and the special inlet bearing enlarges the cleaning force moment. The experiments show that such clean is effective and the new technology can be used in industry at low flowing velocity. The heat transfer enhancement is 52.6%. This is 60% more than steel spiral. In addition,the total resistance of equipment is not great.
