摘 要:对制样条件、仪器参数、基体干扰、曲线拟合等方面进行了研究。在制样方面,确定了合适的研磨时间、样品粒度、压片时间、压片时所需的压力;通过试验确定了仪器的最佳分析参数。选择与试样基体相匹配的样品,定值后建立工作曲线;对FeO采用经验系数法消除了共存元素的干扰。通过大量生产检验以及与其它方法比对,本方法具有灵敏度高、准确度好、检测限低、测定范围宽等特性,完全能够满足生产需要。This paper made the study of samples making, instrument parameters, correction of matrix interference and curve etc. . In the side of samples making, the effect of rubbing time,granularity on samples was discussed and the suitable rubbing time and granularity were made certain. The best analysis parameters were confirmed. By selecting the suitable samples matrix and correction, the working curves were established. Thought matrix method optimized curves. Comparing with other methods and by a lot of production test, this method has some advantages such as higher sensitivity, better accuracy, lower check limit, wider measure range etc. It can meet the requirement of production.
