摘　　要：中厚板轧机轴承是轧机的关键零部件之一,直接承受轧机运行中产生的力。根据轧机轴承的特点及在生产中的实际运行情况,从设计、选材、制造及使用各环节采取措施提高轧机轴承寿命,减少轧机轴承损耗,降低吨钢成本;并进一步提出轧机轴承在实际生产使用中的故障判断基本方法。Plant mills' bearing is one of the important parts on mill. It directly bears rolling force when mill works. This paper according to the characteristic of mills bearing and the practical operation situation, adopts measures from all link in designing?selection of material?making and using to extend the operational life of mills' bearing, So the wear of mills' bearing can be reduced, the cost element can be reduced also. Further putting for war the preliminary methods of breakdown's judgment of mills' bearing in using in manufacture line.
