椒蒿挥发油对免疫低下小鼠免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨椒蒿挥发油对免疫低下小鼠免疫功能的调节作用。方法:选取BALB/c小鼠60只,随机分为正常对照组、环磷酰胺组(Cp)及椒蒿挥发油低、中、高(1.875、3.750,7.500%椒蒿挥发油20ml/kg)3个剂量组连续给药10d,测定各组小鼠外周血白细胞数、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率数、细胞因子IL-2、血清半数溶血值(HC50)及刀豆蛋白A(ConA)刺激的小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖功能。结果:低、中、高3个剂量椒蒿挥发油给药组小鼠外周血白细胞数、腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬率、HC50、血清IL-2值均明显升高(P均<0.05);中、低剂量组可明显增强ConA诱导的脾淋巴细胞的增殖(P<0.05)。结论:椒蒿挥发油可增强小鼠的免疫功能,并对体液、细胞免疫功能有促进作用,提示椒蒿是一种免疫调节物。Objective: The Effects of volatile oil from Artemsia dracunculus L. leaves on immunological function in immunodepressed mice induced by cyclophosphamide were studied. Methods: In order to detect the immunmodulatory effects of Artemsia dracunculus L. , the white blood cell counts in peripheral blood, the phagocytosis ability of Macrophage, the lymphocyte transformation (MTT methods), serum IL-2, serum hemolysin concentration 50% were tested. Results: The results showed that volatile oil of Artemsia dracunculus L. at the dose of 7.5%, 3.75%,1.875% 20 ml/kg, can cause a signficant increase of WBC, phagocytic rate, and the serum IL-2,serum hemolysin concentration 50% (P<0.05) the low and middle dose of extract of Artemsia dracunculus L. can cause a significant increase the transformation rate of the spleen lymphocytes, (P<0.05) in immunodepressed mice. Conclusions: volatile oil from Artemsia dracunculus L. can significantly enhance the non-specific, cell-mediated and humoral immunological function in immunodepressed mice.
