摘  要:在湖南省衡山县4个村应用Kato-Katz法检查了1202人,蛔、鞭、钩虫的阳性率依次为63.3%、46.2%和6.8%,土源性线虫阳性卒为71.0%。土壤样本检查,每户查7处(庭院、客堂、卧室、厨房、厕所、牲畜圈、鞋底),共查112户。112户中蛔虫卵阳性率63.4%,鞭虫卵36.6%,蛔虫卵和/或鞭虫卵阳性者64.3%。经相关分析表明4个村人体鞭虫卵阳性率与土壤样本的鞭虫卵阳性率、人体土源性线虫阳性率与土壤样本蛔虫卵和/或鞭虫卵阳性率十分相关,相关系数分别为0.987(P<0.01)和0.954(P<0.05)。土壤样本蛔虫卵则以厕所(38.3%)、庭院(33.02%)和鞋底(23.4%)为多,鞭虫卵则以庭院(15.2%)、鞋底(14.9%)和牡畜圈(11.6%)为多。此外,土壤样本中还查到其它寄生虫卵、卵囊或成虫。AbstractFour villages in Hengshan county,Hunan Province were selected as pilot areas.1292 per-sons were examined by Kato-Katz method. The Prevalence rates of ascaris ,whipworm ,hookworm and the total were 63.3%,46.2%,6.8%and 71.0%respectively.Soil samples were collected from 7 sites(courtyard,sitting room,bedroom,kitchen,la-trine,animal shed,shoe-bottoms)of each of 112 houses from the villages.The detection ratesof Ascaris eggs,Trichuris eggs,Ascaris eggs and Trichuris eggs were 63.4%, 36.6%and 64.3%respectively.High detection rates of ascaris eggs were found in soil samples of latrine(38.3%),courtyard(33.0%)and shoe-bottom(23.4%). High detection rates of whipworm eggs were in courtryard(15.2%),on shoe-bottoms(14.9%)and in animal sheds(11.6%).The statistical analysis indicates a highly significant correlation between the detection rate ofTrichuris eggs in soil and the prevalence of Trichuris infection,and between the detection rate ofAscaris eggs and/ or Trichuris eggs in soil and the prevalence of total STN infection, the r was0.987(P<0.01)and 0.954(P<0.05),respectively.In addition,eggs of Stronglyoides spp,Capillaria hepatica,Toxocara canis,Toxooaracati,Hymenolepis diminuta and Taenia spp , cysts of Balantidium coli,larvae and adults of u-nidentiified nematodes and mites were forund also.
