华支睾吸虫病实验病理学研究

摘　　要：本文观察了长爪沙鼠感染华支睾吸虫后肝胆及胰、脾病理改变。结果发现，感染后２ｄ肝脏瘀血、出血，肝脏、胰腺轻度间质性炎症反应。１０ｄ后肝脏出现嗜酸性脓肿，小胆管增生，３０ｄ后肝脏有纤维组织增生，上皮乳头状增生，胰腺导管扩张及慢性炎症，脾脏呈瘀血性改变。２４０ｄ后形成胆汁瘀积性肝硬化，胰腺出现胰管炎及胰管周围炎，脾脏轻度瘀血性肿大。３００ｄ、４００ｄ后肝硬化程度有所减轻，肝胆管上皮增生加剧，呈腺瘤样增生，部分区域上皮鳞状化生，胰腺导管周围组织纤维化，导管上皮乳头状增生并有粘液腺增生。Meriones unguiculatus(jirds)were infected with Clonorchis sinensis and thenkilled in batches. The pathological changes in liver,biliary tract,pancrea and spleen were ob-served. As a result,hemorrhage and stagnation of blood in liver and acute interstitial hepatitis ,a-cute interstitial pancreatitis were observed 2 days after infection. Eosinophilic abscess and prolif-eration of minor biliary tracts were found in liver 10 days after infection. The fibroplastic prolifer-ation in liver,epithelial proliferation in mammilliform in bile duct ,chronic interstitial inflammato-ry reaction with expansion of pancreatic duct,stagnation of blood in spleen occurred 30 days afterinfection. Inflammation in and around the pancreatic duct,cholestatic cirrhosis took place in 240days. 300 days and 400 days after infection the cirrhosis and congestive splenomegalia were allevi-ated.The epithelial proliferation of biliary tract was aggravated with adenomatoid hyperplasiaand squamous metaplasia in some areas. Fibrosis took place around the duct of pancreas,epithelialproliferation in mammilliform and proliferation of mucous glands in pancreatic ducts occurred.
