摘  要:为确定计算流体力学(CFD)用于清水池水力效率计算的可行性而建立了CFD中试模型,得到了清水池数学模型的液龄分布函数和累计液龄分布函数。改变模型流场设置,包括挡板数量、挡板长度、穿孔板和导流墙,分别建立相应的扩展数学模型对流场进行模拟和比较。通过对上述改进流场水力效率的措施进行整合,建立了四挡板和七挡板优化数学模型,明显提高了整个流场的水力效率,使得流场接近活塞流的理想状况。Pilot-scale modeling computational fluid dynamics (CFD) was conducted to determine the feasibility in the use of CFD for calculating hydraulic efficiency of clearwell, and both the retention time distribution function and accumulated distribution function were obtained in mathematic model of the clearwell. The model’s flow field was modified, including the quantity and length of baffle plate, perforated plate, and guiding wall, and the corresponding extended mathematic model was set up respectively to simulate and compare the flow field. By means of rearranging the measures for improving hydraulic efficiency, and setting up the optimized mathematic model with four and seven baffle plates, the hydraulic efficiency of whole flow field was improved significantly, so that the flow field approached the ideal plug flow.
