摘 要:为解决传统化学沉淀砂滤工艺的金属沉淀物固液分离不完全、出水COD难以达标的问题,将旋流澄清与硅藻土预涂膜技术相结合,开发出一种新型的处理中小规模电镀废水的后处理技术。电镀废水总铬、总铜、总氰化物浓度分别为6. 72、18. 40、22. 10mg/L,COD为240mg/L,在处理水量为100m3 /d、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)投量为3mg/L、硅藻土预涂膜过滤强度为12. 5m3 /(m2·h)的工艺条件下,对总铬、总铜、总氰化物去除率分别达到93. 3%、97. 4%、99. 9%。和传统沉淀砂滤相比,在取得较高的重金属离子去除率的同时,出水COD为60mg/L,达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978—1996)的一级标准。In order to give a solution to the incomplete solid-liquid separation of metallic precipitate in conventional chemical precipitation and sand filtration process, a new post-treatment technology was developed for medium- and small-capacity of electroplating wastewater, in which helical-flow clarification was used in combination with diatomite pre-coat filtration process. In the wastewater, total chromium, total copper, and total cyanide amounted to 6.72 mg/L, 18.40 mg/L, and 22.10 mg/L respectively, and COD was 240 mg/L. When water capacity of 100 m^3/d was treated, under the conditions of cationic PAM dosage 3 mg/L and diatomite pre-coat filtration rate 12.5 m^3/(m^2·h), the removal rate of total chromium, total copper, and total cyanide respectively reached 93.3%, (97.4%), and 99.9%. As compared with conventional precipitation and sand filtration process, the effluent COD is 60 mg/L while achieving higher removal rate of heavy metal, coming up to I-class criteria specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978-1996).
