摘 要:在进行厕所污水的再生回用时,如何降低出水色度是个难点。为此对致色物质的基本性质进行了研究,探讨了活性炭的脱色性能与其吸附指标之间的关系,确定了筛选活性炭的指标;将筛选出的高效脱色活性炭和膜生物反应器技术结合后,在保证出水色度<30倍的条件下使回用率由原来的31. 2%提高到76. 0%,加炭量为20~50g/m3,脱色增加的费用仅为0. 16元/m3,且操作简单。目前该技术已在厕所污水的再生回用工程中得到了应用。In reclamation and reuse of black water, to lower the color of effluent is a difficult issue. For this purpose, the basic feature of coloring matters was studied and the indexes for activated carbon selection was determined by making discussion on the relationship between the color removal performance and adsorption index of activated carbon. By combining the highly efficient coloring activated carbon with membrane bioreactor and under the effluent color dilution factor less than 30,the reuse rate was enhanced from 31.2% to 76.0% and consumption of activated carbon was 20-50 g/m^3, and the cost for color removal is only increased by 0.16 yuan/m^3 with simple operation. Presently, the technology has been applied in reclamation and reuse of black water.
